We are a group of music lovers in Green Valley, Arizona who meet monthly to play for each other. Our focus is primarily classical music. There are many former teachers or professional musicians among us. There are also many gifted amateur musicians. And there are lots of enthusiastic listeners.

We meet in the Parish Hall of the St. Francis-In-The-Valley Episcopal Church. Our meetings are free -- there is no admission fee, no tickets are required. Please come and listen. If you do decide to join our Society, we ask for a modest $10 per year donation. We use this money to pay for expenses such as name pins, programs and newsletters. We also give something to the church each year for the use of their space, and we keep the piano in tune. In addition, we have an outreach tradition where we donate money to local school music departmets.

In February or March we have a Winterfest. We have a scrumptious pot-luck dinner. Then we let our whimsical sides out into the open and perform in a clownish way.

We also hold a Winter Workshop, where we can pursue the art of ensemble performance under the tutelage of professionals from the University of Arizona Music Department.
